With a robust background in insurance and customer service, Shari Doherty boasts an extensive career that includes several entrepreneurial endeavors. With over 30 years of experience, the transition to real estate was a natural and easy one for her. Shari is on fire for customer satisfaction and is excited to serve the Kingston and Eastern Ontario communities.

In her inaugural year in real estate, Shari achieved the esteemed title of Rookie of the Year, showcasing her rapid adaptation and outstanding performance. For eight consecutive years, she consistently demonstrated excellence, earning recognition as a winner in sales and marketing leadership.

Having successfully raised her own family and undergone multiple moves, Shari has gleaned valuable insights into the importance of a happy, comfortable, and vibrant home. She understands it as the foundation for family life and a fulfilling future for all.

Sarah-Marie Doherty (better known as Smad), has had an exciting career in sports and entrepreneurship and will be joining in charge of the marketing department at the Stage One Real Estate Team.

She is the owner & operator of  the custom clothing company, Shop Dressr, that specializes in Canadian University branding. She is passionate about fashion & design, both in your closet and in your future home. 

​

Fun fact - She is a former Disney Cast Member, so you can expect excellent customer service and a little bit of Disney Magic with any interaction you have with the Stage One Real Estate Team.​
